Italiana: Because we use only excellent ingredients from the Italian supply chain and our local territory. We NEVER use frozen products.
Fried: Handmade and prepared fresh every day.
Pinze: Highly digestible, divided into Green (seasonal vegetable cream, km 0), White and Red.
Desserts: Entirely artisanal, plated to order and enriched with our own homemade chocolate.
